Universal Energy Corporation (“UE”) will award one (1) grand prize, one (1) second prize and fifty-two (52) third prizes.  A Drawing will be held and the applicable prize awarded at the end of each prize period.  The grand prize period ends on December 31, 2008.  The second and third prize period ends on September 30, 2008.  Winners will be determined from a random drawing of all entries received during the applicable prize periods.  Non-winning entries of the second or third prizes are eligible for the later grand prize drawing.  The odds of winning any prize are determined by the number of entries received prior to the time of the prize drawing and are estimated at 1:15,000. UE reserves the right at its sole discretion to determine all winners in accordance with official rules.  Participation may be limited.  This promotion is only valid in Maryland and Virginia.  Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.  No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion, and you do not have to submit to a sales presentation.

Additional Terms and Conditions

1.  You may enter this promotion by completing the form and clicking Submit.  No more than one entry per household is allowed.  UE is not responsible for any illegible, misplaced, damaged or late entries.  2.  The grand prize shall be a sunroom (a custom 10’ x 12’ sunroom installed on existing deck or concrete pad, cash value $5,000, est. retail value $30,000) or Basement Thermal Finishing Systems (limit up to 600 sq. ft. thermal finishing wall system installed, cash value $5,000, est. retail value $31,200). If UE determines, in its sole discretion, that a sunroom or basement is not reasonably buildable on winner’s home or cannot obtain the necessary permits within a reasonable time period, then UE will award and winner agrees to accept the cash value of the prize.   3.  Second Prize: Choose either (i) windows (limit 12 Universal Energy double-hung or sliding vinyl windows, maximum size 28” x 62”, cash value $3,000, est. retail value $12,000); (ii) Siding  (limit up to 12’ x 100’ of new vinyl siding installed on the winner’s home in color selected by winner from UE’s then current available options, cash value $3,000, est. retail value $12,000); or (iii) a gutter protection system (cash value $1,700, est. retail value $4,700).  All prizes include installation and removal of existing windows or siding where applicable.  4.  Third Prize (52): one replacement double-hung or sliding window (maximum size 28” x 62” – cash value $100 each, est. retail value $1,000 each).   5. All winners will be notified by certified mail if unable to be reached by telephone.  Acceptance or use of a prize constitutes permission for UE and its affiliates to use recipients’ name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.  UE reserves the right to substitute any prize for another of similar value.  Payment of any and all federal, sTate and local taxes and /or other fees that may apply to prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  A list of winners may be obtained by sending a self addressed, stamped envelope to UE within 30 days following the end of any prize period and including a request for the winners’ names.  6.
